Grillin N’ Chillin Pork Tenderloin

Marinaded Pork Tenderloin

Marinaded Pork Tenderloin

I grill out year round even though our winter’s don’t always fully cooperate here in the midwest. Summer is definitely peak grilling time! One of my SIL’s favorites is pork tenderloin that has been marinaded in a beer & rosemary concoction. I always grow rosemary in my garden just for this recipe. In the winter I purchase it in the produce section of the grocery store. I think the fresh rosemary adds more flavor than using dried. I marinade the tenderloin all day. I think this would work for chicken as well although I’ve not yet tried it.

Beer & Rosemary Marinade
3/4 C. beer (I use a decent beer like Samuel Adams)
1/2 C. Dijon mustard (or a grainy mustard if you prefer)
6 T. honey
1/4 C. olive oil
2 T. chopped, fresh rosemary
2 T. chopped garlic
