Fage Greek Yogurt Update
This morning I was looking online for some Fage yogurt coupons (unsuccessfully, I might add) but I stumbled on a discussion board about Fage yogurt. A Fage rep got involved in the discussion and posted that it takes 4 lbs. of milk to produce 1 lb. of Fage Greek yogurt. This is what makes their yogurt so creamy and full of protein. I might add that it’s also what makes it more expensive but in my opinion worth every penny!!! Here’s a picture so you know what you’re looking for in the grocery store.

Yogurt to die for!

Since we discovered Fage yogurt is the only yogurt we buy!
Jane, have you ever tried Chobani Greek yogurt? I just noticed it at the store where I buy the Fage and it has as much protein as the Fage. I love the Fage so much that I even hesitate to try the Chobani.
Mom, look at you go. This blog is great!
Now, I just need to find the time to make some of these recipes…maybe in a few years! =)
