I brought the leftovers to work and those who tried it loved it. Yours was prettier because I don't have the patience to really dice vegetables as the should be done. I will definitely try a variant of this meal in my “coffee pot cooking”, not because it's healthy, but because it looks good and I like all the ingredients so I can taste it already.
