		<description>Thanks, Sue!  I&#039;ve been looking for good carrot recipes.  Trying to eat more of them for the Vitamin A  and health benefits.  I shred organic carrots bought in bulk from Costco in my food processor.  Takes no time at all.  They&#039;re only 59 cents/lb. and free of chemicals that way.  I&#039;ll try this recipe soon.</description>
