Italian Pasta Salad

Pasta Salad
Everyone needs a “go-to” salad for large family get-togethers! This one is great because kids like it, it’s cheap to make, and it makes a lot. This is adapted from my brother-in-law’s recipe and is a family favorite for cook-outs, graduation parties, and various holiday celebrations.
Ingredients
1 – 16 oz. package of pasta (I like the multi-colored rotini)
1 – 16 oz. bottle of Zesty Italian salad dressing (Can use regular, light, or fat-free)
1 bottle of McCormick’s salad seasoning
1 cucumber, diced
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1 bunch of green onions, sliced
1 red or green pepper, diced
1 C. kalamata or ripe olives, halved or quartered
1 C. mozzarella cheese, diced
1. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
2. Toss everything together in a large bowl and chill. Toss again before serving.
Serves 12-15 or more
